Pros

They give you a small salary, they help you get licensed if not already licensed.

Cons

Managers are incompetent, they don't know how to manage people. A lot of sales agent turnover here. They have other managers call you and fake they are customers to try and get you in trouble. No freedom to be a business person. They don't have enough coverage in their stores so customers are very angry because they have to wait 45 minutes to make a payment, buy a policy or renew a policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Low pay, They want you to market for them and you only get paid $10.00 per policy

Pros

There isn't a manger standing over you daily micro-managing. You schedule is consistent No cold-e daily calling Good Benefits

Cons

Management with the exception of some expect miracles over things that can't be controlled Bottom pay for commission sales since payout recently changed Very little room for advancement
