If you want to move up with this company they will help in every step of the way. They are open to suggestions you may have and truly listen and advise. My manager Ryan Mulvaney has helped reach my goal in building my career path. When you have the support of your manager thats when you know you are in the right place to retire. When you work hard you will get compensated well. YOU will succeed here if you put in the effort.

opportunities to grow, plenty of incentives through insurance providers, preferred clientele

Cons

InsureOne is still expanding and growing, with any new company there are growth spurts! nothing negative to say though.

It's a job and they are great at micromanagement.

Cons

They mislead you on compensation. Unfair pay amongst same levels. Nonstandard, difficult computer systen. Micromanagent is their best attribute.
