      Pros

      Benefits are really good. Some of the best I've seen

      Cons

      No raises. All the people at the company are old since they lay off by least seniority. Almost zero training. No one will do anything outside of their assigned microscopic area and push with off to anyone else. Goals that don't make sense which turn into employee headaches.

      Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure, but it depends on what type of person you are because it can push you to become better, and if you can't handle the pressure, you'd crack.
