Able to work remote. Company maintains positive spirit towards employees. Co-workers help each other with projects

Cons

The company slowed in its acquisitions, but even so, it is struggling to combine the acquired products into a comprehensive whole. Only recently are some of these efforts beginning to show real progress.

Nice people for the most part. Remote work flexibility.

Cons

No direction or communication from upper management. Extreme over-reliance on entry level employees with little to no opportunity for growth, pay raises, promotion. Process-oriented and micromanaged culture. No gain from being acquired by Insurity.
