During the time it was called Oceanwide. Underpaid, no quality of life balance, HR was gaslighting, open space desks and upper management not caring.

Staff are friendly and actually like working together, to achieve their goals. Making work exciting and more fun!

Cons

It does take sometime before someone gets an increase of pay, even after one year of work. I did voice my concern and they plan to make changes to it.
