-Few good team mates - ability to work from home sometimes -there are health benefits but you pay into it monthly and is quite costly

Cons

-Nightmare Manager and is so aggressive and not kind. (No one likes her and she doesnt like to take ownership and do her job) - Workload is unreasonable even when you tell leaders that it is unreasonable they dont seem to listen - Hire new people when we say we need help but there is no time to train them since they hire people based on cheap wages and who they know... not actually having the skill - Team is overworked and burnt out

The work its self is a lot to learn but if you like to figure things out and work out the puzzle pieces . Everyone has been so nice and helpful and there is such a great support system in place. I love the flexible hybrid schedule you can do if you want or if you want to go to the office everyday that is an available option also. In the office you can wear business casual clothes so no dressing up if you don't want to. You are supplied almost all the hard ware you will need to have an office at home .

I really cant say anything bad that I have come across yet.
