      Pros

      Since my start at the company this summer, I have noticed some great qualities of the management and the culture here. There is clearly a positive office culture, I have already participated in a company outing and in-office celebrations! They make it a point to have their employees feel appreciated! I have also experienced a good work/life balance working M-F only, and usually 9-5. I really like and enjoy working alongside my colleagues- they were all very welcoming! I feel that this is a company where I can grow over the long-term.

      Cons

      The office itself could use some décor updates. The office is dreary to work in (typical cubical and C-Suite layout).

      1. Excellent onboarding plan makes one comfortable and part of the team right away. 2. Integrity and respect through prompt communications and delivery of prompt services between all departments from Legal to HR to Tech support. 3. Excellent technical support and HR support. Someone always gets back with the answer within the promised time frame. 4. They emphasize education and social responsibility by paying for classes and recruiting interns.

      Cons

      Program sharing across departments will add to the efficiency and easier work flow. They are working on this feature.
