The staff (excluding management) are all friendly.
Cons
Benefits have been slowly eroded over the years, currently you get very little. Current pension scheme performs very poorly, redundancy pay is the minimum legal requirement. There are additional benefits you can sign up to (healthcare etc) but these have to be paid for out of your salary and you can often find cheaper alternatives on the open market. Staff morale is low, workloads are through the roof. This is a company which simply does not care for it's employees well being. The company is constantly being restructured and the threat of redundancy comes around regularly. 10 years ago this was a great company to work for, now I would not recommend it to anyone
