      Great working environment. Good support for new entrants. Paced opportunity to get acquainted with the operations.

      Remuneration growth is slow. Operating expenses over shadow the need to give employees the much needed boost in pay

      Generally speaking great colleagues with a wealth of knowledge. Long-standing workforce.

      Cons

      Very much the case in last few years that majority of the business areas were trying to do more and more work with fewer and fewer people. Job losses were announced on a very regular basis. Majority of benefits were gradually taken off us
