      Pros

      People are generally nice there. It is a nice environment to start being in the insurance industry.

      Cons

      Business decisions are more important than the persons employed that is why they encourage one to be GREEDY in their careers. It doesn't even matter if you have worked there 10 years or 1 year, there is no job security even When one has exceeded expectations.

      Pros

      benefits are good unlike other places - bonus, extended care benefits, pension. work from home is great. as long as you do your work and do it well you are okay for the most part.

      Cons

      management needs an overhaul. some of the lawyers don't have the experience their years of call merit nor the expertise. some lawyers micromanage and are difficult. pay is average.

      Pros

      The office environment is great. Employees and managers are all very friendly and supportive. Good benefits and discounts on insurance.

      Cons

      They'll drive the importance of SLA's into you forever, and shame you into working overtime. If you decide to not work overtime a few occasions it will get brought up at performance reviews. Any position involving the call centre can be toxic as they expect you at your desk during your scheduled times, no exceptions. They say there is opportunity for growth but that is usually limited to the department you are already in; your chances of branching out are slim.
