      Pros

      Respecful and sane place to work. No tolerance for toxic behavior. People are smart, collaborative, positive and there is so many opportunities that no one is not where they want to be.

      Cons

      A lot of movement within the company changes people with whom you work a lot. Fast pace, high work load, might be stimulating for some or exhausting for others.
