      Great work and life balance, minimal stress and wonderful people to work with, work hours are excellent, benefits are above average

      Large company, so sometimes there are many hurdles that need to be jumped in order to change or modify policies

      Very nice coworkers. Lots of upward and lateral opportunity. Good pay and benefits. Lots of opportunity to learn

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Constantly cutting salary expenses to save money. People forced to do more work with less people. Don't always recognize and reward the right people. Not good at giving feedback.
