      Good, but stressful

      Pros

      The compensation was fair and allowed me to live comfortably. My manager was accommodating with time off requests. However, the high workload and tight deadlines made the job extremely stressful. I was working 50-hour weeks regularly just to keep up. The stress led to burnout and health issues. While I gained good experience, I don't think the stress was sustainable long-term. If the workload was more manageable, it would have been an excellent job overall. The company takes good care of employees, but the role asks a lot in return.

      Great team environment, open and easily reachable managers and HR is very accessible.

      Cons

      Pay increase are on par with inflation, sometimes work load is greater than what youre paid for
