      Very large company can make decisions feel disjointed from front line opperations. Have to ensure your actions are in line with company goals

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! It's great to hear that you're enjoying your experience so far. While we do have many flexible work options, working outside of Canada has not been a possibility since the beginning of the pandemic. There are many reasons for this decision, which you can find on the intranet, or, you can ask your manager.
