      Really Cool Place to work

      Pros

      Management is very open and encourages all of us to lead various initiatives (even if out of our comfort zone). Large emphasis on team dynamic where there are no silos and all architects are equal. Very knowledgeable and experienced peers.

      Cons

      Were are very busy in meetings most of the day. It forces us to do some overtime to get our work done...
