      Good benefits, large fairly stable company

      Cons

      Ridiculously high work load, management either unbelievably out of touch or lying through their teeth. Pay definitely below the industry average. It is truly baffling how this company is suppose to be a top employer for Canada.

      Very progressive, customer driven company. Great benefits. Strong set of company values and success factors for leaders, which set a very positive tone.

      Cons

      A large company, so networking is key.

      Pros

      Very employee focused, fully supports growth with in the company. Many different opportunities to meet higher level staff and discuss concerns, review internal job opportunities and given financial support for education for advancement from your current role.

      Cons

      You have to wait 6-12 months to apply to a new position, however that is pretty standard.
