      Very flexible work environment, emphasize work life balance, insurance company led by leaders who consistently hold true to Intact’s core values

      Large corporation can sometimes feel intimidating to work for, change sometimes gets enacted slowly due to intact’s size

      Pros

      Great company ! Everything you are looking for: competent managenent, respect of employees, access top management, real open door policy, flexibility. They really want their employees to be happy and they are genuine about it. I can work here until I retire in 30+ years if they keep their standards at this level.

      None really. If there is something bothering you, speak up and there will be a solution that makes everyone happy.
