The perks make it worthwhile

The benefits are good Flextime and hours are great, easy to get time off Appears to be room to grow Good amount of freedom in terms of when to take breaks - no micromanaging good amount of vacation - easy to have a work/life balance

Cons

No clear job descriptions, and no training system at all. There is no consistency in terms on how things are done, procedures and processes are vastly different from one person to the next. Pay is on the lower end. Systems are in need of much improvement.

Great benefits Salary is respectable 3 weeks of vacation in the 1st year Opportunities to grow within the company

Cons

If you live outside of Montreal, the location is not convenient. The schedule is not flexible enough, expecially for students.
