decent benefits good geographical location somewhat up to date technology good training offered. decent office space break on car and home insurance
Cons
little to no understanding of the big picture and what the long term goals of the company and direction. lack of strong management inability to relay what the goals of are the company. in order to move up in chain of seniority and unbelievable amount of time needs to be put in and in the end you may just get go due to one of the many reorgs that happen in the period of a year. Not being able to speak French limits your ability for advancement.
