      You get the opportunity to rotate to multiple line of insurance in the span of 2 years.

      Cons

      Systems are a bit dated, but that seems t be par for the course in this industry.

      Pros

      People are generally nice there. It is a nice environment to start being in the insurance industry.

      Cons

      Business decisions are more important than the persons employed that is why they encourage one to be GREEDY in their careers. It doesn't even matter if you have worked there 10 years or 1 year, there is no job security even When one has exceeded expectations.
