Pros

Over 3 weeks of vacation with 10 paid holidays. Also, raises are decent and have controlled environment with music.

Cons

Management doesn't know what they want. It changes almost weekly which makes it confusing and frustrating. Also, say they want quality but push for quantity. Also, you work alot of overtime basically alot of 6 day work weeks.

Pros

Good pay starting out but very little increase over the following years.

Cons

The people here are very undermining, think very highly of themselves, and have very little to almost no idea how to communicate, train, or even know what exactly is needed of them to see this company succeed. This company has great potential, but I doubt it will ever achieve it with its current leadership and engineering teams.
