Good pay Decent benefits They people that actually do the work are nice

Cons

One month they tell you that "we are staffed appropriately but we hate to see all of the extra hours being put in". How can that be staffed appropriately? The next month they let ~30 people go.

• Great benefits, including 401k, health insurance, PTO, etc. • Willing to help you grow with the company and expand you're career. • More Time equals better pay

Cons

• Strives to be a quality based company, but would sacrifice quality over quantity *judging from practices they used in 2020 • Favoritism happens • More time equals better pay and better opportunities, I noticed individuals who had an amazing work ethic and strived to bring the best in themselves and those around them, be overlooked by someone who has been underperforming year after year but had a few years longer with the company.
