Good personal values, good communication with education courses and games. Open space to share energies

Cons

The salary doesn't comes usually in the correct way, they prefer Brazilians and Juniors to pay less, dont recognize the work the person does, evaluations arent made and awards arent given.

Sometimes they feed you, coworkers can be helpful, wages are livable

Cons

Short breaks, as in the TWO you get (3 if you work 9+ hours) , management is unmotivating and exhausting. The world could crumble around you and you would never know because no cell phone service in the building or in work area and no internet use.
