      The company owner (Respective Founder Mr. Amar Sir and respective CEO Sareena ma’am) is highly supportive, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees' growth and well-being. I would say Integer Telecom is one of the supportive organization with approachable leadership, excellent learning opportunities, and a collaborative work culture. The company values employee contributions, encourages innovation, and provides exposure to challenging projects that help accelerate professional growth. A great place to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career.

      Good learning and growth experience overall, with valuable exposure and opportunities to improve my skills. However, the process could be strengthened with better SDLC, Agile, and Scrum follow-ups. Requirement presentations from management were sometimes unclear or incomplete, which impacted execution. Deadlines also felt unrealistic at times, especially when project scope and requirements were not fully defined. Better planning, clearer communication, and more practical timelines would help improve delivery quality and team productivity.
