It's really frustrating when you work for a company that touts all this rhetoric about having integrity and doing the right thing but fails to meet the standards of treating employees with basic decency. It's pretty counterproductive to their bottom line – people don't exactly thrive when they're treated like garbage, but my review is obviously colored by my experience with the team I'm on and I have to imagine there are teams with healthier dynamics.

Bagels on Fridays and new headquarters is a definite upgrade.

Cons

Terrible culture; C-suite management is clueless and arrogant. Pay below market, and they take staffing actions that make no sense (refuse employee a raise while acknowledging their pay is below market; employee leaves, and they hire replacement at exactly what employee was asking, or more).
