Good pay and that's about it.

Cons

Working with lazy ,incompetent, old people. Management ignores real issues because of friendships at the job. Facility looks horrible and the employees act last if they are still on high school. Very Stressful environment if you have great work ethics and they DON'T listen at all.

Everyone has a click. Manager treats you like a child If your not Spanish your not welcomed at all No one is nice unless your in a click Pay sucks No promotions for not permanent people No benefits til your permanent and that could take up to 1 to 2 years depending on how the manager gets alone with you.
