      Pros

      Great people. Amazing product. Company worldwide is growing quickly and making the right acquisitions. Within 5 years they will be a dominant force.

      Cons

      Feels like a mum and pop shop. Little support for the field. Pay for sales reps is sub par. High base, but virtually no chance of hitting bonus. Less than 50% of the sales force makes QTR bonuses. High turnover.

      Pros

      Good Pay, clean facility, steady workflow, decent management. It's a manufacturing facility like many others I've worked at. This place does not deserve the bashing it gets on this site.

      Cons

      Cry babies, all the production people whine and cry that they're treated badly and think they are worth more than they are, people should just shut up and do their jobs!
