Great people. Fun to work with. Very friendly. Operation manager is a blast. She as funny. She is firm but fair. Very charismatic. The place fells like a movie set. Working hard but pleasant.

Cons

Low compensation. Most other companies in the industry are more competitive.

Pros

Integra offers great benefits including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, and 3 weeks paid time off.

Cons

Communication is a problem at Integra. Disorganization is most likely the cause as it's hard to track down who has needed information. Changes are constant in upper management making it even harder to find information at times. Pay is lower than average.

Rapid growth creating opportunities but company is taxed to provide necessary training and development to insure success. Just keep rolling along adding businesses and products without fully assimilating the last bite they toook.

Cons

Seems to believe they are immune to the market dynamics. Focused inward on their needs and seem oblivious to competitors, customers,market changes. It will work because they want it and will it to.
