The following only applies to Tullamore, Ireland operations. Training is poor, benefits are almost none, no bonus, no chance of advancement, management is appalling and some even bullies. No work ethics, just overworked for low wages. Over 25% of highly qualified staff leave every year. People are not encouraged to speak up, on the contrary, shouted at and treated like small kids by plant management.

Such a bullish and egotistical environment to work in. No team work permitted on the field. Micro managed and a very unhappy & dictatorial place to work.
