Pros

Lots of opporturnity to work on projects. Some departments have a good working environment. Its possible to get exposed to other roles and departments; which can broden your background.

Cons

The company does not embody best in class thinking. Its hard to get things accomplished (broken and overly complicated processes; and there seems to be a lack of accountablity for results thruout Integra. Very tight with comp; even with promotions the company does not pay very well. HQ seems very heavily resouced; while the other sites have to beg and plead for headcount.

Pros

It's an easy job, little training is needed. It is a good opportunity to build experience in the business so you can move on to something better in the future. The pay is better than the average for the area.

Cons

There is no communication. At all. The lack of communication is destroying both the customer experience and the employees' capabilities. The customers' needs are the last thing anyone seems to be thinking about. Losing big customers? No big deal, apparently. While they're at it, they'll drive away the employees as well. Some employees are hired right on while others are brought in through a temp agency, and the hiring process for the temps drags on for a year or more. The "leaders" are clearly uncomfortable making decisions and work hard at avoiding anyone who tries to create solutions. Some of the supervisors are clearly not being monitored or corrected and are making choices that are unethical.

Pros

Pay is competitive. Not a lot of voluntary turn over. Bagels and Starbucks if you work in Plainsboro.

Cons

Hard work is rewarded with more work. Stress rides high and morale is down. More director level positions and vice presidents than necessary.
