      Pros

      I learned a lot from people there. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would certainly work there again if necessary.

      Cons

      I do not think it pays very well relative to other companies. Other than that, I don't think there were any obvious cons.

      Pros

      Ability to enter into most hospitals because of the GPO contracts. This will allow you to build relationships.

      Cons

      Historical hospitals purchases with company and GPO contracts get door open but limited negotiating and backorders prevent sales growth and retard quota attainment. Quota system is not based on field reality - it seems that management does not care about employee longevity in how quotas are established.
