      Spending time in the operating room working with Neurosurgeons and associated staff. Decent base pay and benefits plus a 30% bonus with escalator - uncapped.

      Cons

      Flat structure with no upward mobility.. Not a place to go to if promotion within Canada is desired. Poor RRSP.
