Pros

First two years were good. The company is growing rapidly as they are rapidly acquiring new sites. Business is good.

Cons

They do not promote from within...Don't bother interviewing for the next level up. You will be overlooked by someone under qualified. Bonuses and raises are an absolute joke. Raises are a cost of living increase...which is also a joke because they don't give you a cost of living salary in the first place. Business is good but you would never know because they don't take care of their really good people.

Pros

Avoid this company at all time.

Cons

The executive managers do not provide resources and you are hold accountable for not doing the work of 3-4 people. Salaries are below the job market. Very political place. No communication, no integrity, no honesty, no recognition, you are blamed for decisions made even your time.

Pros

The pay is good the benefits are good, third shift is great. I work with some good people. Very clean place to work.

Cons

All new management upfront they know absolutely nothing about a machine shop. I have never worked with so many men with such low self esteem, drama kings, talk about everyone behind their backs, even mess with programs and the Machine. No one knows anything so you can't get recognition. New management has screwed everything up by changing things they don't understand, they don't listen to Us. They have PTO but you really can't use it, they don't have sick leave, so unless you know you're going to be sick its unexcuse? you get in an accident on your way to work, it's an unexcused, there's no grace period so if you're late just one minute 5x it's considered one day missed, if you're an hour late is considered one day missed. We have seen them come and go and by god I can't wait till they're gone!
