Pros

They do pay you well that I can't argue but the CONS outweigh this by 100%

Cons

Upper management could care less about the people under them. HR is by far the worst HR I ever worked with. They are clueless as is every other department. Communication between departments is nonexistent. This company, every year usually on 2Jan, fires a ton of people. I don't know who actually said in a previous review "Advancement is Great" because it's nonexistent so they HAD to be paid to write that review. In 12 years I never advanced at all! The amount of waste at this company is palpable. They will hold meetings for a week or more and buy from the most expensive places in the area to feed the people and NOTHING gets done. I can't tell you the amount of meetings I've been in where the entire time all we talked about is "so how's the family doing". Another colossal waste of time is FORCING people to watch videos that have absolutely NOTHING to do with your job BUT if you don't they get on your case. And the best? When they fire you they give you another week before separation and they expect you to train someone else that they didn't fire as to what you did before they fired you and if you don't they say you're unprofessional.

Pros

After MUCH negative sales force feedback, the company agreed to "make us whole" on 1 category of compensation.

Cons

The manufacturing of Integra's flagship product, its largest money maker, has been neglected for decades and it's starting to make a huge impact on the market. Backorders are common in the industry, however, typically resolved in a timely manner. Integra has been offline for well over 1.5 years and Hospital systems are becoming increasingly agitated with the uncertainty. The company literally had to remove its slogan of "Limit Uncertainty" because of how bad things have gotten. Their solution? Sell a different product that does NOT compare, clinically or is covered by private insurance. They seemingly only care about profit and not what's best for the patient and provider.
