      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great products, and some really great people.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. Promotions are non existent. The harder you work they more they will give you to do. Although most Senior management is good, they have no idea about the nonsense and bad decisions happening daily.

      Pros

      Easy work, plenty of overtime if you want it, pretty clean shop, decent pay, personal time off is pretty good

      Cons

      Management makes up rules that aren't approved by the corporate office, no advancement opportunities, very slow at literally everything, their engineering department is the worst I've ever seen, quality department isn't much better, very discriminatory when enforcing rules. This is very unfortunate because it used to be a very good place to work.
