      Bagels on Friday and PTO days.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, no compensation/reward. 1% to 2% yearly raises. Expense reimbursement takes up to 30 days! Medical Benefit coverage and high copays.

      Selling products and equipment in a niche market (Neuro Monitoring and Surgery) was very exciting and rewarding.

      The sales force (most Regional Business Managers and sales representatives) maintains strong, effective relationships.

      Cons

      Upper management manages but does not lead, lacks concern and appreciation of the sales force, provides poor direction to the field and makes minimal commitment to keeping technology competitive.

      Pros

      No shortage of work, I personally have a great manager.

      Cons

      Divisional and executive leadership simply do not care about doing the right thing. Sites are under resourced and leadership expects the sites to do more with less.
