Pros

Competitive pay. Advancement opportunities, if you can tolerate it long enough. Products made are genuinely important to patients.

Cons

Since the departure of CEO Peter Arduini, this company has been sliding. A lot of churn in the C-suite. Reluctance (or cumbersome process) to hire backfills; existing employees just get reshuffled like the Titanic's deck chairs. During the pandemic employees were begged to work remotely; now they are RTW, no exceptions. Company insists on global procedures irrespective of site needs, forcing system square pegs into round holes.

Pros

Staff are helpful and friendly definitely a chill vibe amongst everyone.

Cons

Definitely a high turn over with employees, most gain experience here then transition to a more reputable company within the industry...guess I don't blame them for wanting better or more.
