      Acquiring the ACell product line

      Cons

      After an acquisition, the company gave a severance of 2,000, no paid accrued time, and led the sales force to believe their jobs were secured for 2 months before terminating. Says a lot about how they treat employees. The worst severance I have ever come across. They should be ashamed of how they handled it. I would RUN.

      The people at my level are nice & hardworking but frustated. New headquarters, discounted cofee, meals

      Cons

      HR cut hours/salaries, 401 & vaca in late April with no end in sight. Bringing back some people to full time secretly. Execs are cashing in & awarding each other stock *see SEC filings* while the rest of us struggle to pay bills. Few resources or training or career development. Drowning here..
