      Great products, remote working, love my team.

      So many products on backorder, sometimes taking one step forward and two steps back. Compensation isn't keeping up with inflation.

      Pros

      Solid portfolio when you actually have the product to sell. New CEO will hopefully set this company up for revamping and success.

      Cons

      Profit over ethical and responsible decision making, communication is non existent, TRUST in the Integra brand is gone. Upper level management think the solution to their lack of training, education and accountability is to continue price gouging to make up for decreased demand in Integra's portfolio. Keep raising prices until someone notices!
