      Working remotely, unsupervised for the most part. Great team, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Training doesn't hit every teammate well where consistency is an issue. Depending on which insurance you work with, it can be a total mess with their policies.

      The team members were great and fun.

      Constant mandatory overtime, Only receiving negative feedback, ever-expanding responsibilities without proper compensation, and annoying cronyism; the previous impish supervisor was cold, apathetic and only focused on unrealistic results.
