Pros

I have only been working here for just a little over a year and, truthfully, I love it. Not only have I gotten to know some amazing and hardworking co-workers, but we have a company whose CEO and upper management team are always willing to hear you out whether it's positive or negative feedback. In addition, this company is always wanting you to grow and always offers you the opportunity to move up. Let me break down some great stuff about this company: • 1 on 1s with your supervisor every other month to discuss what you are happy with and what you are unhappy with. Also a place to discuss your goals and where you would like to grow in the company. • Group meetings with your team and supervisor to discuss changes and plans for the upcoming months / year. • Quarterly meetings with the entire company, including the CEO, where you find out where improvement is needed within the company, ask questions about certain topics, get to know everyone there, and have a few good laughs. • The opportunity to have a 1 on 1 meeting with the director of customer service department once a month; where you can discuss work related things or just talk about life itself. • The opportunity to have a 1 on 1 meeting with the CEO of Integra once a month; where you can discuss work related things, provide feedback, or just discuss life. • Great benefits - 401K, Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term disability, floating days, sick time, and PTO. • Quarterly bonuses based on performance and yearly refused that include raises. Also, our company loves to have fun with their employees. They show us appreciation through fun competitions and surprise gifts. I could not have found a better company to work for.

Cons

Personally, this is not the fault of the company, but we are a little understaffed which had promotional opportunities on hold until we have enough people to assist in replacing those that can move up.

Cons

You apply for a certain position, only to be pushed into another and given more work with no pay raise.

Pros

I worked here for 3 years and it was the best job I ever had. The office environment and the amount the employees enjoyed working and interacting was exceptional. The company is still growing and was mostly great to work for.

Cons

The major reason I ended up leaving was because the company was not interested in paying attention to my needs while they had everyone working from home. I had moved into a new position and they called me back into the one I had worked in previously. I was happy to help but had to fight very hard in order to get back into what I had worked to move into, and communication and follow through by management was terrible in helping with this process. Up until this point in the last 6 months of my employment there I never had anything close to such an issue. I constantly felt taken care of and heard. This was a rude awakening for me, and I hope it was an exception and not a rule, as I'd still advise anyone to give them a try. They are honestly great.
