Work hours are flexible, PTO is never denied, manageable work, good supportive leadership and decent pay for a remote job

No complaints so far, seems like the best job and remote environment is a plus

Pros

A lot has change in the las 2 years and all for the better. Schedule is flexible, allowing you to save your pto for real vacations. Team members are very nice and the communication is easy. Upper management actually listen to employees, all the way up to CEO. Benefits are great. Being a young company means opportunities to grow open up all the time. Very people oriented team. I couldn't be happier.
