Bad place to work

Pros

The India site has many great people to work with.

Cons

The management is really bad. The wrong managers are protected by the senior leadership and the good employees has to work harder without getting proper credit for their work. The work culture has become really toxic and the company is at the point of almost collapsing due to poor management.

Flexible login and logoff time, Good environment, Friendly people on face, Good office

Cons

The internal management is mess, Micro-management in some cases, The managers won't code/work, You have to handle managers tickets, No promotions and very long hirarchy i,e. Associate>Senior Associate>SDE>Sr. SDE, You will beg for increments but won't get it and will get single digit only.
