Pros

Great onboarding experience, principles of work/life balance, hybrid working, transparency, diversity & inclusion, nice colleagues. Great opportunities to learn and grow professionally in AdTech. A lot of talented people in the company. New customers and challenges to work on (for those like me who loves that). IAS is very dynamic and growing fast and it has good prospects to become future tech leader in its domain after recent acquisition of Context, Publica, etc. IAS is a solid company and it's a best time now to join IAS due to its good prospects for growth (stock prices, the size of the company, etc.) in the next couple of years. IAS expanding its business into Europe (new offices, companies acquired) thus has advantage providing work experience in the US-style company.

Cons

Just started my journey, no cons at the moment.

Pros

If things go well, one enjoys a lot of freedom like trust based working-hours and flexibility in your approach to get your things done. International team and friendly work environment with a bias for action approach and innovation is central. Career development is very visible among the employees. There are fun team events and several employee benefits. You grow with the company

Cons

If things do not go well, there is some pressure and tighter management attention. In case one is unlucky with e.g. external effects (misleading prospect) or a slower sales cycle because of internal silos and not-aligned incentives you will have to deal with that and he consequences like bad performance reviews (although no hire&fire environment).
