Pros

IAS is a great place to work if you've got the right attitude. If you show you want to grow and do/be more, doors at IAS open and things happen. The level of mentorship and care provided by senior regional leaders is incredible.

Cons

Even though IAS has been in the business for 10 years, it's still scaling and growing incredibly quickly. There is always so much to learn as IAS continues to buy new tech and innovate, its sometimes hard to keep on top of things.

Pros

-comfortable working environment and flexible working conditions We are given the choice to work from home during the pandemic. -decent pay

Cons

-the bonus isn't attractive enough as reward for the hard work -poor communication There is a strong need to work on communications, especially when there is a implementation in new systems or when there is a change in responsibilities. In my opinion,it would be best if feedback can be taken into consideration before implementing a system. It seems like management did the decision and we just follow accordingly to what had been implemented without considering the importance of meeting our needs on the daily work. -too sales-oriented Although we are very driven to maximise profit and it is definitely right to reward them for bringing in revenue to the company, the company has little recognition for those working in other departments especially in finance. I rarely hear shout outs to other departments for their excellence and this gets really demoralizing overtime because the efforts aren't that recognised. -intensive workload when you work with people who fails to cooperate and coordinate There is a need to initiate follow ups to chase internally for replies when people don't take ownership of their work. Sometimes when working between different departments (say finance and CSM),people tend to take things too for granted when you spot an error and they start to depend on you to do spot for further mistakes when they should take ownership since the account of clients are under their care. -Little recognition in work effort I was only rank as 'meet expectations' despite forking out personal time to do additional work and widening my job scope and this is really disappointing because it seems like the company fails to recognise my effort despite showing results

Cons

Workflows are less structured than at more established companies, implementation of new processes can be sudden or take very long
