Customer Leadership is clueless. They are effectively, ineffective. They do not take ownership of their lack of direction, and understanding of their customer base.

High school environment. If you are not part of a certain group you will fail no matter how much revenue you bring in. Organizations should be driven by sales but in fact it was driven by professional services and ad operations
