Pros

Modern tech stack, a lot of interesting projects, some talented engineers. Pretty flexible work policy for engineers, good benefits.

Cons

Management shuffles too much in the last few years, very fast paced and can feel like cut throat. Salary not as competitive compared to other companies. Industry is very competitive, margin is low. Stock price is going nowhere.

Unlimited PTO, Holiday timeoff at the end of the year, bonuses - really the pay and perks are the pros. The actual work and environment are rough

Cons

office politics are strong here; leadership is more focused on control (baseless RTO mandates) and promoting their own ideas rather than listening to employees; startup mentality is too strong for a company that's established - move fast, be first and break things instead of rolling out quality products and focusing on the long term goals

Good place to make connections Generally pretty flexible, wfh policy is loose and depends on your managements expectations

Cons

The business is not doing great and as a result many of us are underpaid/low to market and we’ve seen layoffs happen almost yearly
