Pros

Market leading products, collaborative atmosphere, great people to work with, management listens to input and genuinely looks at initiating positive change.

Cons

Not really a con, but it's very fast-paced, so be prepared to work fast and hard. With that said, there's a respect for work-life balance.

Overwhelmingly Positive Experience

Pros

Like most organizations, I believe the relationships you build are going to make or break your work life. While I can certainly say the role is challenging and responsibilities can be overwhelming as scopes expand, I embrace it. My manager and leadership have stuck with me every step of the way; and I’ve had incredible support and growth opportunities. Something severe would have to occur for me to even think about leaving.

Cons

High attrition would be the biggest con for me.
