Unfortunately much has developed negatively since the company was bought in 2018 by Vista. Especially since the new COO joined end of 2019, the mood in the services organisation changed drastically. After several layoff rounds (no matter the performance) I am happy that I had left the company before all of that happened. It used to be an amazing, diverse place to work before the new CEO joined, even with many females in leadership positions. However the new CEO removed all the females and replaced them with old male colleagues of her. If I had done this review 2 or 2.5 years ago, it would have been a solid 4-5 stars everywhere.

To be 'successful' is more around playing the internal politics game rather than recognition for work. The entire culture is built around navigating internal loop holes to 'prove' you are doing your job correctly Management are quick to point fingers if something doesn't work out, rather than be constructive The culture has moved from 'being motivated to do well' to 'I need to do this or else I will get fired'
