- Management : The Country manager succeeded in building the business in France, which was not so easy (competitive landscape). Very humble person that supports junior people to learn, that gives the chance to each employee to take part of the adventure. - Product : great product, interesting to work on - Company : great company, when I joined it was more a start up. summits in the US with other team members abroad - Colleagues : great people very talented - High salaries

Cons

- no advantages apart from salary, transportation ticket and lunchs (no gym...) - there is a lot of work so maybe not enough staff when I was here but it changed then

- Good perks - Nice colleagues - Nice office - Is a public company so they can give stocks to employees - Hybrid model 3 days a week in the office (not enforced mostly up to lower management)

Cons

- American focused company where employees come last - Inclusion and diversity comes in different forms, they do not do well on this side considering is an international company - They always say to respect working hours but then leaders work and send emails outside of working hours often and consistently - The pressure on performance is so big that is not possible to work a normal 9 to 5 which leads to burnout - Leadership preach but do not practice
